Yes, there is enough space. My main concern was the photovoltaic system + storage + network cabinet. Since that will be done by the builder later and I can no longer hold the general contractor responsible afterwards.

That’s almost 15 sqm? Do you want to dance in the middle? Our utility room is a bit small with 6 sqm, I admit... maybe 8-10 sqm. But definitely not 15?

I would still consider making a rather small dedicated technical room and allocate the rest to another room. You just have a lot of poorly usable space in the middle.

What you need is wall space. Ever thought about just putting up a wall in the middle? It doesn't cost anything.
