Yes, there is enough space. My main concern was the photovoltaic system + storage + network cabinet. Since that will be done by the builder later and I can no longer hold the general contractor responsible afterwards.



Our utility room is downstairs in the basement, so I don’t see 15 sqm as a problem at all.

I would still consider making a rather small dedicated technical room and allocate the rest to another room. You just have a lot of poorly usable space in the middle.

The laundry chute is also located in the room. With 5 people in the household, there is sure to be stuff lying around. But yes, the room is a bit too large.

What you need is wall space. Ever thought about just putting up a wall in the middle? It doesn't cost anything.

You have space there to sort the dirty laundry according to the pile principle. Like with the Ludolfs ;)
