A multi-family house is to be completely renovated.
The question arises whether a photovoltaic system will also be installed on the roof.
The multi-family house consists of 4 owners. So WEG.
How is the consultation/voting conducted to decide whether a photovoltaic system can be installed on the roof?
Do ALL owners have to agree?
Or - as is usually the case - does the majority count?
Does the owner of the top-floor apartment have to accept the installation of the photovoltaic system? The roof is common property!
Is such a photovoltaic system financed through the reserves? Or does it have nothing to do with the reserves?
Electricity is to be partially used by themselves and partially fed into the grid.

I am not familiar with that in multi-family houses. If there are four owners living there themselves, it should work without problems. If an apartment is rented out, the term "rental electricity" comes up, which is somewhat more complex.

Here, the consent of all owners is required!
Simply overruling the owner of the [DG Whg] is not possible here!
Also, the reserves for maintenance may not be used here.
These are for maintenance!
