So with us, they were pretty fast. The building application was submitted at the beginning of December and the approval was received in mid-January. The general contractor started at the end of February and the move is planned for the end of September / October.

Building application submitted in December 2014, construction started in May/June 2015 and moved in in January 2016...so for us 13 months.
