Pay off a €20,000 car loan or use it as equity?

Hello, thank you very much for your answers. The vehicle was purchased last year and was a company car. The €400 for the car installment were calculated at the time and did not burden us or me. With today's knowledge and the crisis, I would not have bought the vehicle last year either. Selling the vehicle was also my consideration, but in the current Corona situation, a sale would be associated with a considerable loss.

The €20,000 equity capital partly comes from cash gifts from our wedding and savings.

Since we learned today that the apartment was sold to someone else, I have decided to first repay the car loan and then save up equity capital again.
