Dear forum,
for our dressing room we decided on the Pax system with two Hasvik sliding doors. Although we installed both doors identically, the following problem occurs with one sliding door: the gap between the two doors is too narrow, so they rest against each other. As a result, the doors cannot be slid open smoothly. This is not the case with the other sliding door. It runs smoothly and without problems. We installed both sliding doors exactly the same, as mentioned. I initially finished the installation and slept on it. Afterwards, I checked all screws, examined the rails at the top and bottom, and also carried out the adjustment as suggested on p. 23 of the installation manual and here in other threads. Nothing brought any improvement.
For illustration, I have attached photos of the problem. Here you can see that on the functioning side there is about 1.1 cm of space between the adjoining doors. On the defective side, this is only about 0.6 cm. Could it be that there is a defect with the doors here or can you tell me how I can widen the gap?
