Hi, we have a house under construction in Bawü where two parking spaces are planned, but I would like to put a garden shed on one and fence it with the garden. Will someone check this after the construction? Or is one parking space in Bawü sufficient?

What does the development plan say?



There are also some restrictions and exceptions. Instead of parking spaces, garages are of course also possible.

But you also have to check what your development plan stipulates. For us, it is 1.5 parking spaces per housing unit.
And also check whether you may have to provide bicycle parking spaces.

Development plan states 2 parking spaces, but who still checks that after the building inspection?

Theoretically, the development plan also applies after acceptance. Often, no one cares about that, but if you're unlucky, you might catch someone who doesn't feel busy enough. And regardless of that, how many cars do you have and where do you park them? The parking space requirement is not there for fun, and if your property is so small that the garden house has to be on the parking space, it's likely that you live somewhere urban where everything is already fully parked.

No rural 300 m2 plot the second car could already be parked nearby without much searching

That is a contradiction!
Follow the rules. Parking spaces on your own property are not to be underestimated.
