I find the arrangement to place the garages for the middle house at the end logical. The parking space dimensions of 2.5m width and 5m length are oriented towards the minimum requirements, but they are not practical. This roughly corresponds to the parking space size of those parking garages from the 70s, which people avoid with today's vehicles like the plague. Four vehicles the size of a T-ROC and none of them can properly get in or out anymore. Classic station wagons like Passat, Insignia, Superb, A5, 5 Series, or E-Class already reach about 5m today. Now there are vehicles that can be parked straight ahead with the thumb on the key fob while standing beside the vehicle. However, this feature is not very widespread and solves problems that are better not to be created in the first place today.
