Hello everyone,

we have now reached the stage of driveway and garden design for our single-family house.

Our property is not without problems.

1.) very small with 425 sqm
2.) sloping location rising from the street (between 1m and 2m)

The house and garage are already standing and almost completed, so no changes can be made to the house itself.
It is purely about the garden design.

Goal:
A second parking space on the property, so that the person parking in the garage can easily drive out without the second car having to be moved.

At first, we wanted to build a parking space with a carport on the right side of the house. Unfortunately, we are not getting approval for another driveway and would then also exceed the permissible boundary development.

I have attached the first drafts from our landscaper. Unfortunately, a second parking space is not yet considered here.

Maybe you have ideas and can help us.

Where it says 152.27, dig yourself a parking spot parallel to the direction of the roadway and cover it with gravel and stones on top.

However, it cannot get up there due to lack of access. To the left is the entrance area with a footpath, etc., which seems to me to be the only place where something could still be placed to use the only access. But that throws the wishes regarding building access overboard.

I would say, it’s not going to happen anymore.

So I mean at the front on the entrance page. Why doesn't that work? What am I seeing wrong there?

Well, just look at the painting. There is supposed to be a footpath with a step, etc. as an access route from the house. Exactly there you could park a car, as I also wrote, but then he has to give up the entrance area that is currently planned. And on the right where the 152.27 is, you can't get there at all.

Why not. Just park up there from the street
