You misunderstood me. What could happen in the worst case if you just build the parking space? The LRA could force you to "dismantle" it if no permit is granted. In other words: remove your paving again. Then my comment: With us, the permit would most likely be granted because every parking space is welcome.

So, a parking lot does not need to be built there, there is a "sealed surface" that only needs to be cleaned of debris and weeds. Otherwise - thank you for the comments, especially on the topic of commercial vs. own use.
