Well, the 45° angles in the floor plan belong to the 80s just like the petticoat belongs to the 50s. In the mid-80s, the tide turned in the construction industry, and in the form of interlocked rectangular floor plans, the prefabricated house industry for the first time drove the solid builders fashionably ahead of itself. That can be managed as well, for example check here : or However: a building preliminary inquiry to clarify whether you can get approval for a flat roof comes FOUR STEPS BEFORE flush-mounted cisterns!!! – is the architect perhaps an "artist"? Your conclusion does not match your reasoning – the latter is a clear plea IN FAVOR of preparation-near wet disposal.

I think he is somewhat artistically inclined, we are more pragmatic. So it's exhausting for both parties... we have a preliminary inquiry, which was about the fundamental buildability because it's an outer area. Today I would know how to phrase the question more cleverly. You just learn along the way...

Attached are the entire ground floor and first floor for illustration

Not? Probably the last visit was too long ago for me to remember. In any case, around my sink it looks rather messy - before and after. And I would like to keep that out of sight. My cooking area is rather neat.

What criteria did you use to select him? And: what is the house supposed to be built from anyway, 20 cm walls and 20 cm ETICS is already an unusual combination, obviously not bricks: calcium silicate bricks, aerated concrete, or even concrete?

You visit yourself, and even rarely at that???

I told you – likeable. Only, I (selfishly) wouldn’t be too thrilled that the parents share the tiny WC while the kids have the wellness oasis. And the desk corner with open space (that’s how I interpret it on the upper floor) isn’t really suitable for hardcore home office (but it seems there is a basement as well).

At least you’re child-friendly ;) Can you push the window down at child 2’s room to have a closet niche at the top?

And since your architect doesn’t seem to be familiar with WCs: the bathroom above the kitchen should be carefully soundproofed (waste pipes etc.).

Are those stairs outside to the entrance?

But the "dirt collection" speaks against the type "maniacal preparer" ... because that person would have already tidied up again. And in the end, after cooking, the area around the cooktop looks the most chaotic, because that’s where plating was done, the preparation/spoon rest plates are still lying around, etc. ;) ;)
