Paint the facade of the terraced house

Hello everyone, we live in a terraced house and want to have the facade painted in the medium term (about 20 years old). The plaster is solid and only very slight hairline cracks are visible. So assuming that the facade is intact in terms of plaster. Width/height front and back about 5x6 meters + due to the offset of the house to the neighbor another approx. 1.5 meters exterior facade x 6 m + gable strip of about 0.5 m (roof slope). In total (excluding the large terrace window) it is about 60 m². Is 75€/m² too much? On MyHammer and other portals you read about 40-50€/m².

That's no problem. But the price can be good or bad. What is included? Scaffolding, which facade pretreatment, which paint, which additional work like taping windows, filling work, etc. Your question is like: I buy a car for €25,000. Is that expensive? I've read that cars cost between €15,000 and €75,000.
