It's not like you didn't start the whining... now you're getting thin-skinned. Too bad ;)

No, that's not the case. There must have been some misunderstanding. I just want to help here.

@TE By the way, no matter which silicate paint you use, wear a mask! The paint is highly alkaline and you don't want those droplets in your lungs.

Good day, I have received an offer.

62.5 ltr Keim Innotop, 20 ltr Corpert Silikat Konzentrat LF

Is that realistic for 220 sqm of surface to be painted?
Regarding the price, I would be around 480 net.

I would need an opinion because that is a lot of money for me.

As a paint, I can highly recommend the Alligator Kieselit Bio Mineral (dispersible silicate paint). For priming, I would not use Tiefengrund, but rather a pigmented primer (also available from Alli., as well as many other manufacturers). We tried both methods. On top of the primer, we had a textured roller coating or plaster base.

In my opinion, it is important to think through a proper system and, if necessary, invest a bit more money in it. In the end, it should be done properly...

Thank you, Alligator, I will take a look!
Corpert Silikat Konzentrat or rather Soliprim underneath? (Are 20 liters enough?)
Do we really need 62.5 liters of paint for 220 sqm?
Are there any other good (maybe slightly cheaper) Sol-Silikat paints?

What do you expect from the Sol silicate paint?
