With a move-in, when a new building with 5 units is completed, and they possibly all move in on the same weekend, it gets difficult again.

My goodness, one would think enemies are moving together into a house. Certain questions may indeed be legitimate, especially when it comes to the legal aspects of the new living situation, but each of us has neighbors - one way or another: you can talk and come to an agreement or you can already stamp your feet in advance
