Outdoor surveillance cameras without subscription and hiding neighbors

we are looking for an outdoor surveillance camera system:
- with very good image quality in color and with sound
- WITHOUT subscription (hard drive storage or similar)
- with APP access from the mobile phone
- and that allows you to mask the neighboring property on individual cameras.

Power cables are available for the cameras.

Which surveillance camera system do you recommend?

For us, it will probably be Reolink PoE cameras.

Is LAN also available or does it have to run over WLAN?

We have also had two Reolink (front door and garden) for 3 years and are very satisfied with them. They definitely cover all four points you mentioned. I am considering getting a third one for the driveway in front of the garage.

Ubiquity Unifi. Top image quality, app has been running very stably for me for several years, powered via PoE. In combination with the Unifi APs, really a good system, quite powerful but basically it also runs plug-and-play.
