that is partly an emergency solution, but not a planned solution for me. Especially since the OP has neither stairs nor path, but only a wall. At the top and bottom. That is not practical. Otherwise, we also cannot get into the steep slope. If we didn’t already have the walls and the excavations, I would never build like this.

...this has been overlooked too much here so far. Are you aware that even with perfectly level ground you would never end up at 240k? Is the budget secured?

The immediate neighboring plots have not yet been developed and the footpath has not yet been constructed.

one could also shift the house to the east or extend it and then create a real basement. For that, the roof without knee wall and only partially developed.
