Our floor plan. Suggestions for improvement, tips?

I generally find the ratio between the two children's rooms unbalanced.

I'm only now realizing that additional offspring is actually planned. You can't tell from the draft.

In my opinion, it is impossible to accommodate two children in children's rooms that differ so much in size. You will have to listen to the children's reproaches for years about how unfair it is. I would also do without the guest room on the ground floor, because a 24m² living room is really very small. If absolutely necessary, you can always put up a wall, but your house would be too small for so many people for me. I would definitely enlarge the kitchen; for a family with two children, I also find it too small.

I do believe that children can have rooms of different sizes... that is really more of a luxury problem (of course there will be discussions).

In all fairness, one has to say that only 125 sqm are available here - precisely because of that, one should really think carefully about things like the pantry and the staircase. This is not yet the optimum.
