Almost quoted correctly, but not 2.4 m, rather 2.3 m, and as a rough structural dimension. And who actually dares to place a toilet so narrowly in the drawing, opposite the (walled?) shower as an airlock at the entrance?

In my opinion, you also cling too much to the design and the external shape of the building, but there are still too many planning issues.

Hello,

First of all, the language of the internet is "Du" ;-)

I will try ...

Single-family house, as a KfW 70 energy-efficient house: approx. EUR 215,000
Basement replacement room: approx. EUR 17,000/18,000 (uninsulated)
Carport/entry canopy 6.00 m x 6.00 m: (I have to guess, as I do not have a measurement) approx. EUR 9,000/10,000
Ancillary construction costs: EUR 35,000
Painting work included: EUR 10,000
Floor coverings included: EUR 10,000
Outdoor facilities included: EUR 10,000
Reserve for extras: EUR 10,000

An approximate investment without land: EUR 318,000 plus special requests such as floor-level showers or sliding doors etc.

Best regards from the Rhineland
