Order a chimney sweep - When should they come for the first time?

I imagine that our plumbing company itself arranged an appointment for the acceptance inspection of the gas connection. (Surprising what one no longer remembers a year after construction.)

But I am sure that we also had a "casual" conversation with the chimney sweep during the shell construction phase about everything that must be considered when installing the chimney (due to proximity to the door frame and wooden floor).

I just read that the plumber contacts the chimney sweep after the heating installation in a new building and thus basically "registers" the new building.
Seems ours didn't do that - I certainly wouldn't know that anyone has ever been here...
