Optimal orientation of the house - plot on a slope

we are about to purchase a plot of land on a hillside. It is a slope descending to the northwest with a wonderful view over vineyards to the north. Which brings us to the problem: the optimal orientation of the house so that we get as much sun as possible inside, but can still enjoy the beautiful view to the north. This very view is what makes the property so unique.

The street runs, as shown in the picture, above the plot, thus on the south side.

We would appreciate your assessments and experiences with northwest slopes and the optimal orientation of the house. What potential does this plot have in your eyes?

Ridge direction SW to NE. Living room in NW corner, corner glazed, so glass to SW and NW gets sun from around 2 pm, and a good northern view. Terrace also around the corner. There are also days when you look for a shady spot.

But in the time between the equinoxes 21.3.-21.9. it will be okay, since the sun then also moves clearly towards the west and in summer between May and the end of July even towards the NW. In the winter half-year it is already shady behind the house. But so what, you won’t be able to change the landscape anyway. There’s always something.
