In my perception, it is rather the rule than the exception that mothers return to work after one or two years, even though they wanted to be back after three months.

You all have relatively secure jobs. Only the desire to have children should be realistically calculated. Also the risk if the child is not healthy .... I know, stupid topic but... Many only build once the child/children are there
