Hello dear forum community!

Price estimate according to architect/planner:
Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment:
Preferred heating technology: air-to-air heat pump

If you have to do without, on which details/extensions
-can you do without:
-can you not do without:

I am deliberately leaving out the answers to the questions "What do you particularly like/dislike?" and "What can you (not) do without?" because I want completely unbiased opinions and suggestions.
Please imagine the doors from the garage to the vestibule and from the hallway to the kitchen as not existing.
Thank you very much in advance for your effort!

The dressing room as a trapped room behind the bathroom? What is that supposed to be?

Otherwise, I see long walks and many doors on the ground floor ...

Hello,

I find the hallway and the vestibule way too dark, as well as the upstairs corridor. Why do you have such bends in the children's room walls? Have you ever considered that you have to lock and unlock two doors every time you go to the toilet? This also applies to the children! My kids would 100% (out of laziness) no longer unlock the door to the dressing room, so the way to the toilet would constantly be blocked, which will happen anyway with three teenagers eventually :).

Best regards
Sabine

Ahh ... I missed the passage. But this door will be a nuisance, see Curly.

I don't like the dressing room adjacent to the bathroom because there is no other access except directly through the bathroom.

What if someone is sitting on the toilet and another person wants to get something out there :D

Personally, for me, that would be too much wasted space for the windfang and hallway.

Am I missing something now? You can only get into the dressing room directly through the bathroom, right, or where is the other passage??
