Good morning & hello everyone,
I would like to show our almost finished draft here.
Feel free to say what comes to your mind, what you like, what you don’t like.
First and foremost, I want to discuss the arrangement of the windows. I have adjusted the drawing a bit and drawn in furniture. Specifically, I am bothered by the arrangement of the front windows facing the street and to the SE as well as the positioning on the 1st floor. I would especially like feedback on that.
A few notes:
The house is planned as a 1-2 family house (pulling in 2 walls then 2 family house)
North is indicated – In the SW there is an adjacent forest. The house is located at the beginning of a dead-end street.
1_Location:
- The neighbor to the west is 3m away from the boundary
- In the southeast there is a small forest path
- In the northeast is the only direct neighbor
- The street is a dead-end
- Driveway (3x8m)
Basement: no changes planned
K1 = work, party/hobby/fitness
K2 = storage
HA = house connections, controlled residential ventilation/heat recovery, washing machine & dryer
3_Ground floor: no possible changes – facts:
- Front door side
- Window at the couch is supposed to be a 2.50m large, fixed element
- Next to it sliding door / PSKT 2.50m
- To the east at the dining table we want a 2.50m large, fixed window element, here we don’t know exactly where yet.
- Dining table is roughly drawn in – we are unsure how it can be optimally placed
4_1st floor: no changes planned
- Special feature: no separate children’s bathroom
5_Section – no comments
6_Front to back: windows revised
Front view: windows of the storage room and guest WC adjusted
Rear view: window areas ground floor enlarged (2.50) to 1st floor (2.00m)
7_Right to left: windows revised
Left: floor-to-ceiling elements, which still give us headaches; also kitchen window floor-to-ceiling
Right: no comments
These are the things that concern us so far.
