Opaque terrace roof that can be opened

In front of our living room window, there will be a terrace roof. I want weather protection there but still light in the living room. A louvered roof cannot provide that.

The price was uncool. 10k€ 4m x 3.5m for self-assembly, compared to a current offer for an aluminum patio roof with 10mm VSG including an electric awning with 5m x 4.5m including installation for the same price. It would even be 800€ cheaper if I didn't forego the middle beam.

I was still happy to see a comparable price, since I also like such a louvered roof.
