Do you still have time for the fire shell construction? It started at the beginning of May...

The liability insurance is already too late as well - you usually have that by the start of construction, often even when purchasing the property, because there are also risks there that are usually insured.

We took that out through a homeowners' association ([Verband Wohneigentum NRW]) or it was included in the membership fee - it cost us 30 euros per year.

Hello,

I now have an offer for a builder's liability insurance with the following parameters:

- Insured risk: single-/two-family house up to 500,000 EUR; - own work is also insured
- Construction method: conventional
- Flat rate for personal and property damages per insurance case: 50 million
- limited to 15 million per person
- Coverage of damages caused by the use of vehicles up to 6 km/h
- Coverage of damages caused by self-propelled machines up to 20 km/h
- Water damages, environmental damages

One-time payment 130 EUR. Term max. 5 years.

What do you have for comparison? Are there any special insurance features that I might be missing here? Is 130 EUR okay - what do you pay?

Thanks and greetings
