OG with overhang - experience, costs??

Hello dear experts We are currently planning a semi-detached house, with the upper floor supposed to overhang the ground floor by about 1m in two places. Since we already have such an open ground floor, I am concerned about the costs in the shell construction phase. Attached are the drawings. The red marking shows where the overhang is. Has anyone had similar experiences or is familiar with this? Thank you in advance for your help.

No technical problem. We also have the upper floor with a 1m overhang on 8.8m width. But it is significantly "cheaper" with you, since you have a support on one side. Namely above the [Technikraum]. Extra costs will be in the low four-figure range + the additional area on the upper floor. Costs are for reinforcement, insulation, and more area for plastering/painting.

The transition is not so much the problem, the entire ground floor will be interesting. There are hardly any supports there, and if there are, they are too thin. Changes will be necessary to avoid unsightly beams.

Really cool floor plan, I really like the placement of the stairs and the layout of the kitchen/dining/living area. Especially with somewhat narrower semi-detached/terraced houses, standard variants are used so often...
