Just a tip from me, and please take it to heart. Have the offer rewritten as Material + Installation per item. No matter how nice the shell builder is, with this type of offer you are giving him a free pass to arbitrarily charge labor hours. You will not be able to trace or verify the charged labor hours.

Also, what are all these 1 lm or 1 cbm items supposed to achieve? This way, you won't get a feel for the shell construction sum. Didn't the shell builder prepare the offer based on the planning?

And if he is already rewriting the offer, then have him also take the correct planned figures from the planning. He should make that effort if he wants your order.
