A neighbor spent 150K€ on the shell construction for 250 sqm of living space, integrated garage, full basement (130 sqm), monolithic, perlite-filled Poroton, KFW 55. Just for comparison. But this is basically top level and hardly comparable to the usual 140-150 sqm single-family house that is usually discussed here.

But you have to show me the bricklayer in Munich.

Unfortunately, the photos from the OP are so small and blurry that they are hardly readable... At first glance, the perimeter insulation under the floor slab is missing, since as far as I can tell, you are building without a floor slab.

As already stated, the 55t€ is only for the floor slab, reinforced concrete ceiling, and uninsulated masonry. That is inexpensive but not unrealistic. A shell construction is not just shell construction; everyone includes something different in their calculations.

Good for a few stones and some concrete it might be about right. But this has nothing to do with a shell construction. What is supposed to be evaluated here? This is nonsense, absolutely.
