Offer(s) for a new building

first of all, I hope I am in the right section .

I have received some offers for the shell construction, I will show you the one I have felt best about so far, it is affordable and the owner seems serious and friendly to me, the references also seemed great.

What do you think of the offer, should I have anything changed?

I just looked at the first two pages and would suggest that you make an effort yourself to compare all the items of all the offers in an Excel list. That way you can see what is more or less included in the individual offers (-> gives a hint as to which points might be missing) and who calculated with which quantities. For example, it is nice that the linear meters of piping are named, but if the next provider not only specified the item with my m, but 15, it is clear why they are at least more expensive in this point.
By comparing, you will also notice where questions arise for you personally – which you logically have to clarify primarily with the respective companies. For example, this would be (at least for me) whether the excavation can actually be stored on the side or whether it still has to be transported away and whether 25cm of scraping off is certainly enough.

It’s not just about the price, but also about suggestions for improvement... a friend told me, for example, instead of a 20 cm slab, better to take a 27 cm one.....

55,000 euros for the shell construction? What is that supposed to be? Definitely not a house, at least 100,000 are missing.

As I said, I only skimmed through the first two pages a bit. If only the unit price is given everywhere but no quantities have been calculated, the low price is already clear. It will get higher once you replace the quantity "1" with real numbers.

And sorry to say this, but after seeing your other thread as well: YOU should put time and effort into your project, not the users here. To pick up the example with 27 cm ceiling thickness: why would that be better? Or shouldn’t the structural engineer rather say what is necessary—possibly after it is clear whether there will be ventilation installed in the concrete ceiling? AND THEN also have a look at the development plan that might regulate the wall height, so that 7 cm more buildup could potentially be an exception to this height? (all just fictional examples that need to be adapted to YOUR reality—something no one here on the forum will likely take off your hands)
