Our BlowerDoor test as well. But we have a controlled residential ventilation system. When I turn it off for a few hours (I have tested this) the air becomes noticeably worse. However, I think it is mostly a matter of habit, that you quickly get used to good air and only notice when it is no longer there. Whether there is mold or not without controlled residential ventilation depends on consistently ventilating daily yourself, especially bathrooms after showering etc., and how much moisture is brought into the house (two working people without pets is different from a family with small children, pets, aquarium, and a passion for houseplants...). So you cannot say this in general, but have to think about the usage. For my part, I am glad to save the time for ventilating, it is only 5-10 minutes every day, but it adds up over the years.
