Hello!
I just received an offer from the heating engineer for my construction project next year and I am quite surprised at the price in the end.
Key data: 160 sqm plus basement, KFW 55 solid construction, currently 2 people but 4 planned in the future, underfloor heating
The standard includes a Viessmann Vitocal 200-S including a 200l hot water tank.
Because of the BAFA subsidy until the end of 2020, we wanted to submit an offer with the same to take advantage of the 35% subsidy. Additionally, a ventilation system is to be installed.
Therefore, the breakdown was as follows (net prices!):
The controlled residential ventilation in particular blew me away a bit... are the surcharges too high or within the usual range?
Thank you very much!
