We built with neighbors in Berlin, who are, as far as I know, similar in their approach.
We have a smaller plot (less than half), but through subdivision more measurement points and everything doubled because of two construction projects and have also come into this region (in total overall).
So I consider the larger plot and building and the lake quite realistic.
Especially since most of it is according to the fee schedule, so there isn’t much room for maneuver.
I also don’t believe that the general contractor can recover anything there, you will settle directly with the surveying office later anyway. You will be the client.
