You should have the planning done by someone who knows a bit about it. Pipes for the ground floor are in-situ concrete slab in our case. Pipes for the upper floor are in the insulation of the ceiling between floors. The valves (supply + exhaust air) are thus in the ceiling of both the ground and upper floor.
