Hard to say, no one knows what you are planning to do with it or how it is supposed to be used and what you have already done or considered additionally. The floor is still missing. Filling of the drywall walls is missing. Will the gable sides also be insulated? Drywall planned inside? Has a change of use permit been obtained? The Building Energy Act 2020 must be observed. Although no one will come to check, it is significantly more difficult to apply for it retroactively when selling or renting, and the insurance must also be informed. Coordinate drywall construction and routing with plumbing and electrical to avoid double work at the penetrations.

Hello , thank you very much for the invoices. It helps a lot to check if we have forgotten anything, etc. What exactly is meant by the ventilation, what is it needed for? There are already two large windows in the attic. Or am I misunderstanding the ventilation?
