Hello,
we have received an offer from an energy consultant to accompany the renovation of a single-family house built in the 1950s to an efficiency house 55-70 (he wants to calculate both comparatively so that we can decide whether the additional costs for 70 are worth it for us.)
The total price is about 4800 €. Since I lack any comparison so far: Should we simply accept this if we have a good feeling with him (we do), or is this significantly above other prices based on your experiences? We would like to start the renovation soon, which is why – apart from the question of the price – there are many reasons to forgo comparisons at this point (he could start our project on short notice).

1 Building Energy Act 2023 verification with psych. thermal bridge factor 1 750.00
0.05, incl. summer heat protection for the building authority and
verification of the Renewable Energy Heat Act incl. energy certificate
2 Thermal bridge calculation and planning 1 500.00
if all details can be taken from literature
This allows material and technology optimizations to be carried out.
3 Ktw 261 application as a supplement to the Building Energy Act verification 1 100.00
only the number of Kfw applications submitted will be charged.
4 On-site consultation, incl. travel 0 95.00
5 Ventilation verification according to DIN 1946-6 1 75.00
Calculation per heat generator, identical heat generators are not calculated
Is required by KFW
6 Ktw confirmation after implementation, program 261 1 100.00
only the number of Kfw applications confirmed will be charged. The price applies per confirmation; included per confirmation are a maximum of 20 invoices. If more need to be considered, they will be charged based on effort.
7 Blower Door Test 1 750.00 750.00
Multi-family house – completely sealed
Blower door is required by KfW.
8 Construction supervision gladly KFW program KFW 297/298 BEG 1 1,750.00 1,750.00
This item includes the spot checks for the building authority. Should no KFW funding be used, spot checks will be charged on an hourly basis. (approx. 3-5 appointments with 1.5 hours)
