I didn't know that similar things/discounts exist in heating system construction/purchase as in kitchen purchase. :) I personally wouldn't be very keen to engage in extensive negotiations here.

No, seriously - you can figure out yourself what the whole thing is allowed to cost (prices rather on the high side):
Heating might cost 12 K€
Storage maybe another 2 K€
Underfloor heating (with or without screed insulation?) maybe 6-8 K€
... you probably end up with a maximum of 22 K€
But 10 K€ is just as much nonsense... then you’re just paying for the heating in a roundabout way - you could ask the general contractor for fun if he would only do the heating ;-)

For the quoted price, we received 300sqm underfloor heating including a geothermal heat pump, two drillings of 80m each, and a large hot water storage tank with an additional plate heat exchanger. So TuttoKompletto material and installation...

Is the basement included in the 140 sqm or is it additional? I assume the prices are gross prices.

I also think that is very expensive. We pay similarly but for brine-water heat pump including drilling.

And does it work well with the hot water? If there is no storage tank. Or did I misunderstand? Best regards

The prices of the house construction companies are then presented as sponsored, but are included in the house price, making them difficult to compare with the open market.
