Hi everyone,
I wanted to give you a quick update. Some clarity has come to light. The outlined area cannot be built on under current law. An exception for building in the 2nd row would not be granted at this time. Through local politics, it might possibly be achieved to establish a development plan ([B-Plan]), which would then allow building in the 2nd row. This could take 1-2 years.
We have now agreed with the owner on the area marked by the red pin. It should be buildable, so that the access path, driveway, and house entrance are located on the adjacent street. This means it would no longer be considered the 2nd row.
Thanks again for your advice and tips.
Best regards
Heiko
