No offer for electrical work - must the shell construction be stopped?

Hello everyone,

we are building with an architect through direct contracting and have just started with the shell construction. Unfortunately, we are already stuck in a dilemma.
So far, we have multiple offers for all trades except for electrical. Since we have no time pressure regarding the move-in, it wasn't a big deal for us because we wanted to leave the shell construction including windows to dry for 4 weeks. However, our architect now says that this doesn't really work because some cables need to be embedded in the ceiling concrete. Since the electrician is missing, that would mean that the shell construction would have to be stopped as well.

Questions:
- I assumed that the electrical cables are laid on the concrete ceilings under the screed. Do some cables really have to be laid in the concrete ceiling or are there alternatives?
- Does anyone have experience with regional electrical companies? Are there such companies at all that would travel several kilometers for a single-family house?

Do you have any tips on how we can best get out of this situation?

Thank you in advance

Phew.

Who planned the ceiling outlets for the riser shafts of the cables for you? And who did the foundation earth electrode?

Anyway: do you have an electrical plan?

I am fascinated that the architect even let you start without an electrician.
My personal opinion: lamps or ceiling outlets in general can no longer be easily routed through the finished ceilings. Of course, you could put a lot on the ceiling (which you curse at the latest when insulating under the underfloor heating) or work with suspended ceilings, but for me it would be too risky for something to go wrong.

Edit: we ourselves put EVERYTHING into the ceiling except for a single empty conduit.

Harakiri. Ever called an electrician yourself? For this trade, you'll be glad to get one.

No, we have not called anyone ourselves yet. But we will do so. Recessed spotlights and outlets as well as ceiling openings are planned by the architect. What absolutely must be installed in the ceiling? We have a retired electrician friend. He is reluctant to do the whole house, but if push comes to shove, that might be an option to at least have him install the absolutely necessary things in the ceiling.

The cables for the spots and lamps must be laid before concreting the ceilings! How else is that supposed to work? You can't put anything on the exposed concrete ceiling, and drilling afterwards is a huge effort.

Find an electrical company as soon as possible.

For one of our interviewed GCs, drilling afterwards is significantly cheaper than embedding boxes in concrete or only drilling into the precast slab..
