Hello everyone,
in our renovated old building, the windows were replaced about 10 months ago. They are windows from Feba – so a pretty decent quality, as far as I can judge. After moving in, I have now noticed that at two windows in the living room, a gap has formed on the outside between the glass and the seal. This gap is about 3-4 mm wide, so dirt and all sorts of things that are flying around outside collect there and can only be removed with a lot of effort. It also doesn't look really nice. Of course, one can live with it – but the windows also cost money and are supposed to provide peace of mind for the next 25 years. Is this within tolerance, or should I complain about it vehemently? The responsible craftsman company has unfortunately not yet commented. Thanks in advance.
