How is this advantage reflected in relation to the additional investment cost? Whether one has to desperately chase a certain subsidy level should be specifically examined on a case-by-case basis. The idea of receiving "gifts" is mistaken. The subsidies are intended to more or less cap the higher expenditure. To what extent this actually succeeds depends on the individual case. In any case, the expected consumption costs should be determined beforehand. For this purpose, knowledge of the actual demand (power, energy) for heating and hot water is required. Best regards

Hello €uro,

Then please write how you got there; I would be interested; with radiators alone it certainly is not enough.

Rhenish greetings

Hello construction expert, Completely correct, the type of heating surfaces plays a rather subordinate role. In my case: timber frame construction, detail. WB verification, fully modulated air heat pump of small capacity, controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery, and radiators as heating surfaces. Best regards.

We have decided on underfloor heating and [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]. Today, the energy consultant also informed us that this allows us to achieve KFW 55.
