New facade paint affected by green mold after only one year?!

Good morning dear forum community,
I wish you all a Happy New Year, much success, and good health.

I have a quick question. My grandma has a white plaster facade that became dirty after 10 years, so she decided 3 years ago to have it repainted by a professional company.

This company "allegedly" disinfected it with Caparol Capatox, then primed it with Caparol Thermosan-Grund, and finally painted it twice with Caparol Thermosan facade paint.

However, the facade turned extremely green in some spots already in the first year and after 3 years it is really bad. This company also worked on other houses on the same street, which are also heavily green. Other houses that have not yet been newly painted are indeed "grayer" than the others but not green.

Is this a "mistake"? Of course, it is okay that the facade eventually turns gray again and algae accumulate there, but already in the first year? The house is located on the Baltic Sea approximately 1.5 km from the beach.

I look forward to your answers.

Best regards,
Fireli

Well then, I'll just send you the pictures by e-mail, so you have them on your account. Are you really a software developer?

Well, I am smart enough, yes, I am a software developer, why? By "mobile phone" I mean that I haven't uploaded it anywhere on the internet and here in the forum you can only upload pictures with an internet address, right? That means I would have to upload them to a provider and I don't have an account with such a provider and would also prefer not to create one. If you can't help me this way, that's okay with me. I had hoped that maybe there are experiences with the products and/or experiences on how long they should keep the facade "clean." The algae infestation on my grandma's house is only in spots; another house on the street, which I don't have a photo of, is severely affected. What puzzles us is that nothing happened for 10 years and that it only appeared after the painting.

No, you can add attachments, including images, when creating a post ("upload file").
