Thank you for the explanation, but one thing is still unclear. It says "Stichmaß". I understood it to mean that the Stichmaß only measures the irregularities of the floor. In other words, I lay a 4m long batten on the floor and measure the depth of the "dents" at the points where the batten does not lie flat on the floor. As described, our floor has no dents – it is therefore not uneven, but simply overall slanted / with a strong slope. Does this still apply here?
