I plan to buy a house from a developer. This house is part of a new construction project with ~50 houses with [WEG-Teilung] of the entire property. 1. Is it usual and advisable to have the contract reviewed by a lawyer? 2. If the lawyer finds some issues in the contract, will the developer accept changes to the contract? I am asking especially because of the [WEG-Teilung]. The developer mentioned that the contract for all 50 houses will be the same, and he will not accept any changes in the individual contract, except for personal data. Is that normal/acceptable? 3. Does anyone have experience with online services like [WWW yourexpert de] or [WWW devpro24 com] for this purpose? Or can someone recommend a reliable and affordable lawyer who can review the construction contract? Thank you. A.
