New construction of a double garage, how high must the lintel be for the garage door?

I now have a height of 2.27m raw construction... so I wanted to add the lintel of 30cm on top. So I have 212.5 up to the start of the lintel 13.5cm ... should be enough... My roof will be completely normal box principle with roofing felt

The bottom edge of the lintel must be at 2125. Or how do you want to fill the gap.

Or are we talking past each other.

Talking past each other.... Lintel cladding/bricks of course come from the outside in front at 212.5..... inside I have to pour the lintel including ring beam....

If you want to cover something up now and have to make it higher with the lintel, please check if the rail from Hörmann is the right one.

My gate should be behind the opening.. and would tend towards a Z fitting..
