New building exterior facade clinker/plaster

Monolithic with plaster is not my thing, as I said, I prefer clinker bricks, but I was wondering how it looks with the alternative other techniques. Thin bricks are not an option for me. No one can guarantee me that after just 10 years, at the slightest imperfection and frost, the first "tiles" won’t fall off the wall. I will probably save money elsewhere so as not to do without the clinker bricks... and painting every 5-10 years? Then the initial savings are quickly gone.
