Dear Sir or Madam,
Last year we bought a newly built apartment, which is now being completed step by step.
Now we notice some things that do not look finished to us.
Pictures attached.
In one case, you can see here on the balcony the foil with the finishing strip simply lying open.
That raises the first question. Is that legally and professionally correct?
In the other photo we are on the ground floor above the underground garage. Here too the finishing strip can be seen, but only in the ground floor. On the rest of the house the finishing strips are under the stones.
The underground garage extends to the pavement and is thus larger than the house itself. Here the curb is missing, which worries us whether the pavement will eventually become loose because of it.
Otherwise, I cannot imagine that the finishing strip is visible above the stones. The builder and thus our seller says that this is completely fine and if we do not find it visually appealing, we have to correct it ourselves. But I think they measured it wrong.
However, I cannot comprehend that all this is completely correct.
I would appreciate any help. Perhaps there are legal regulations that he does not comply with.
Best regards
