What leads me to the fact that Aldi in the far north recently started offering breakfast direct juice.

I have now set our controlled residential ventilation to 4 and went outside (I don’t know that we have installed a silencer) The system itself cannot be heard, you can hear the rushing of the airflow even at about 6 meters away. If you don’t know that the noise is coming from the system, you can hardly perceive it. The ambient noises (birdsong, cars on the distant street, a TV somewhere with an open window...) are more noticeable.

Up to what distance can your residential ventilation systems still be heard outside? We would really like to install a residential ventilation system but are unsure about the noise level.

In 3M a faint noise can be heard at full load; during normal operation, you only hear something in the immediate vicinity of the exhaust valve. In absolute silence, of course, it is different, as it is well known that you can hear a pin drop.
