Need your assessment for the renovation of a rental property

we have dispensed with the thermie; with a brine heat pump, a consistent operation was more important to me. In the case of pellet combustion, in summer the domestic hot water supply via thermie is sufficient and the stove is off.

Unfortunately, we did not manage a renovation; another house demanded its attention. So unseen in the best location, 690,000 euros were offered to us without renovation. The prices seem to be skyrocketing in this great location...
