Need help choosing heating for a prefabricated house

My girlfriend and I want to start building a prefabricated house from Bien-Zenker at the beginning of next year.

We already had the consultation and were very impressed by the salesperson.

He showed us all the heating systems and then recommended the Wohlfühl-Klima heating system with cooling function.

But when you start googling now, you find both positive and negative opinions.

I am now completely unsure whether we should go for that heating system or rather a air/heat pump with underfloor heating and then separately the controlled residential ventilation system.

The air heat pump is also a heating system ;) Which system is better suited cannot be answered in general. A lot of details would be required for this. Each system has its peculiarities, strengths, but also weaknesses. However, the fact is that a heating system is only as effective as the planning. In other words, without precise and sufficient planning/dimensioning and the thermal and hydraulic adjustment of the components, no system will work efficiently enough. At best, it looks quite nice in the glossy brochure.
