I’m going to commit now as well – I also tell you that from my point of view, it’s not going to work. I had hoped a little that you would see it yourself when you closely analyze your expenses. I (like the others here) would wish it were different for you (we all here have the dream of owning a house). But currently, I have to say clearly that you would be taking on too much. It’s pointless if you start your project at all costs and some time later stand before the ruins of your existence – especially with a little kid.

Of course, I understand—or rather I have understood from the beginning—that it will be very, very difficult to impossible. I would never take a risk only to end up with high debts later. Always remember that the bank checks the ACTUAL state. Later on, they will not be interested in whether you can handle it financially or not or if something gets out of control. It is enough if you as the earner fail and no buffer could be saved.
