My floor plan is (almost) ready, now I need your help :-)

I have now received the first offers for the shell construction, may I ask here in the forum what you would estimate for the following trades

Masonry + earthworks (36.5 masonry)
Roof structure
Roof covering and plumbing work on the dormer (approx. 165 sqm roof area)
Flat roof waterproofing

4. Not a clue... :o

But what good are the estimates to you? What do your offers look like?

So I now have the first offers and am at about 103K-110K, roughly the price I expected.
